Use of weights, bands, chairs, and steps will offer a safe, effective workout. Combine gentle, non-impact aerobics with weight training to build cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and coordination. Circuit training alternates back and forth between weight training and aerobics. This class is for all levels.
