This class emphasizes overall physical conditioning and toning. Exercises focus on strength, flexibility, and endurance. This highly-efficient, full body workout utilizes resistance exercises and endurance drills to build and sculpt every major muscle group. We will alternate between strength and endurance drills to ensure calories are burned, muscles are toned, and that you will leave feeling great. All fitness levels are welcome.
