This Karate is open to all levels and a great way get focused and in shape. Students will get the exercise they need while developing confidence and self-control while learning discipline and respect. Students have a great
time learning the martial art of Karate in a fast paced and high energy class in which safety is stressed. Students will also learn our system of verbal defense and setting boundaries when being bullied. Our specialized anti-abduction
street smart program teaches how to be safe on the street. We develop Black Belts for life.
