Description
Pedal along to the music in a high-energy, small-group setting. You will combine a self-paced 30 minutes of spin with weight training and core exercises to achieve a full body workout that will help improve your cardio, endurance, strength and flexibility. Space is limited; preregister to secure your seat. Arrive 10-mintes early to complete a PAR-Q.
Class is at the Peachland Community Centre, 4450 6th Street.
Bring a water bottle and towel. Wear comfortable loose clothing and indoor shoes.
First time students - Arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a PAR-Q form and speak with the instructor.
No session May 20.
