Join Jennifer Loewen for this low-impact warm-water exercise class to benefit your physical and mental health. This 45-minute class is set to music and designed to decrease pain and stiffness and increase flexibility and range of motion.

Participants must be able to enter and exit the pool independently. Water shoes are required.
Please bring bottled water, bathing suit and towel to class.
No class 3/20, 3/22 & 3/27. Make-up classes on Friday 3/17 & 3/31.
