We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, June 15, 2024.
Our 1 day, learn to dive program is a 1 ½ hour, skill progression program that offers divers the opportunity to learn basic skills while enhancing their knowledge about our awesome sport.
- 12:30 pm - Arrival to the deck!
- 12:35 am - Group Stretching and Introductions
- 12:45 am - Dryland activities (technique review and descriptions)
- 1:00 pm - Water time (start to practice some of the concepts learned)
- 1:45 pm - Free time (10 minutes of fun!)
- 1:55 pm - Wrap it up time!
