Description
Intermediate Watercolor is an advanced watercolor painting class geared to support those with some experience. Students should have taken some basic instruction and be ready for skill building exercises. Students should know the basic techniques of wet-on-wet painting, painting light to dark, and painting wet on dry. This class will focus on painting in a loose style, while building and exploring more advanced watercolor skills. Students will participate in skill building activities, supportive classroom critiques, and complete projects of their own. The class is designed to meet students’ needs at most levels. Supply list will be emailed prior to class or download supply list online.
Level of Instruction: Intermediate
Skills Learned: Students will learn tips and tricks to elevate their paintings. We will focus on composition, painting loosely, and value.
