Our bodies are amazing, complex machines. We've all tried the quick fix diets without long-term success. In this class, you learn the do's and don'ts of building a sustainable healthy lifestyle that can promote weight loss AND maintaining that loss long term. You will understand how to evaluate different diets out there to see if they are a good fit for you. Is moderation in all things the right way to go? Should I eat keto, paleo, or plant-based? What about intermittent fasting or juice cleanses? This class will address all this and more!
Level of Instruction: All levels welcome
