It was found that a huge number of musical conductors live to be over 100 years old because their arm movements strengthen their hearts. Come have fun moving your arms to jazz, ballet, country, hip hop, Motown, and more types of music. It will help strengthen and tone arms, shoulders, and waistline.Level of Instruction: All levels
Skills Learned: Dancing arms will make you more flexible, and you will feel more balanced and stronger. Your hips and legs will be stronger from marching.
