Using the low impact exercise of simplified Tai Chi 8 forms and 24 forms, address a range of physical and mental health issues Tai Chi practice increases mind and body awareness and reduces the fear of falls by enhancing balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion, joint stability and reducing stress.Level of Instruction: All ability levels
