Want a taste of Spain in your own kitchen? Join us for A Night of Tapas. Tapas, a centuries-old tradition in Spain, is really a way of eating rather than a type of food. We think about tapas as "little bites" that can be as varied as your imagination allows. We explore this wonderful tradition and learn to make some yummy examples. Whether you want to have a few small dishes prior to dinner or you want to throw an all-tapas party, this class will teach you what you need to know.Level of Instruction: All Levels
Skills Learned: Meal planning and culinary skills including how to read a recipe, measuring, mixing, and cooking methods.
