Refunds - Refunds for trips may vary due to non-refundable tickets or fees. Refund requests made prior to the trip registration deadline will be given less a 5% refund fee. Cancellations made by Recreation & Parks are not subject to the 5% refund fee. Online registration fees are non-refundable. Please note: Refunds for purchases made by credit card are processed back to the credit card. Refunds for purchases made by cash or check are processed with a check (within ten business days) through the Village of Park Forest Finance Department.
