Description
Activate your body with Zumba! Zumba is a high energy, Latin-inspired, cardio burning workout which includes light weightlifting and moderate running. Classes include weights, resistance, dance, abdominal and muscle toning. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring water with you to class.
There is no class on June 19th.
Please note that refunds will no longer be processed three days before the second class date.
