Yoga in the Park is a wonderful outdoor activity where individuals can come together to practice yoga in our beautiful park. Yoga in the Park will be guided by a certified instructor leading the class through a series of gentle stretches, poses and breathing exercises. It caters to all levels of experience, and offers modifications for everyone's needs. Practicing yoga not only helps improve physical strength, flexibility and balance but also promotes relaxation, stress reduction and mental clarity. It is a fantastic way to reconnect and find serenity in the great outdoors.
