This activity has been cancelled.
This level friendly class will consist of a lyrical jazz and modern fusion style. Easy warm up with some center/barre work as well as floor ab work will get bodies ready for a kind stretch. Choreography will be taught in an easy flow with an emphasize in expression.
Please bring a yoga mat.
No Class April 15th.
