Description
Spring is the perfect season to get in shape! In this program, participants receive a weekly group workout, optional weigh-in, and Q&A with an experienced group fitness instructor. Discover different fitness modalities as well as receive accountability to keep you motivated and moving. Please bring a mat to class. (SM)
