Description
Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums in this outdoor fitness class with a river view! Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a mat and water to class. (SM)
Class will meet in the main portion of Hudson Park in the large grassy area. Please bring a mat and water to class.
