Learn to make a variety of marvelous California Sushi rolls that will make you wonder why you haven’t tried to make your own before.California “Sushi” roll combinations are only limited by your imagination! Make them vegetarian, with or without seaweed, spicy or not, it is totally up to you! During this class you will learn to create delicious seasoned sushi rice, spicy mayo, and how to stuff, wrap, and shape the rolls with wonderful filling ingredients. For all online cooking classes, participants will receive a list of ingredients in advance of the class to allow with enough time for shopping and preparation. This class will take place on Zoom, a free online software. Participants will receive instructions on how to access the class close to the class start date. Note: One registration fee for this online Virtual class may include participants from the same household only. If children (under 18) are participating, adult supervision is required.
