Join us for this online class! Gently develop your flexibility, strength, powers of concentration and inner peace. This class will emphasize foundational elements of all yoga practices, namely: proper breathing, yogic postures for full body health, and the art of deep relaxation. Renew, replenish, and revitalize body, mind, and spirit in an accommodating, small class environment. All levels welcome, however, ability to lie down and stand up from floor is advisable. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Instructor: Sriram
