About this event
Join us for our group Adaptive Functional Fitness Class which is designed to improve strength, endurance, balance, coordination, and more. Equipment education will range from barbells and dumbbells to medicine balls and row ergs. Whether you are looking to compete in the sport of Adaptive Functional Fitness, looking to improve your independence in the everyday tasks of life, or just want to feel strong and confident: this class is right for you! Feel free to bring a family member, friend, or caregiver to give moral support or assistance. All types of disabilities are welcome! No experience is necessary. Ages 13+ Class will be coached by 2X Fittest Neuro Major Woman in the World, Anna Stern.
