We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
This class will increase strength and flexibility as well as reduce stress, while using an optional chair for both sitting and standing postures. When standing, the chair may be used for balance or support. Instructed by Kathy Maguire.
