Description
The pleasing and gentile moves in Tai Chi and Qigong are very therapeutic, relaxing and energizing. Improve your balance, flexibility, stress reduction, auto immune system and general sense of well-being. The Sun Style forms are based on Dr. Paul Lamb’s, Tai Chi for Arthritis and instructed by Jack Fuller who has 25+ year of experience teaching Tai Chi.
