Description
This presentation covers the basics of estate planning. The attorney presenter will explain the importance of estate planning and discuss the pitfalls and benefits of each type of plan which include no plan, will-based plans, revocable living trusts and several options in between. Revocable Living Trusts will be discussed in more detail and will include various ways of leaving asset in trusts for loved ones. Instructed by Carmen Shepperd with Carrell Blanton.
