We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, March 28, 2024.
The goal is to get the participant comfortable enough to play in Beginner/Advanced Beginner Leagues and Open Play as soon possible. This is not a beginner's course and participants should have basic competency of the sport prior to registration. This is an extension of Pickleball Beginner 101 which participants must have taken and passed before registering for Pickleball 102 Supervised Practice Drill and Play. An exemption can be made if the participant has been playing pickleball for at least six consecutive months and has the instructor's permission BEFORE they register for the course. The first class will be devoted totally to "The Short Game," the second class to "The Full Court Game," and the third class to "Strategy for Winning Each Point."Participants need to wear some type of eye protection (regular eyeglasses, sunglasses, empty frame or safety glasses), court shoes (tennis, pickleball, volleyball), and sunscreen.
