Description
This low impact game will provide quality aerobic exercise for joint pain and stiffness. Badminton’s precise movements will also help to keep participants alert therefore improving reflexes. Our wonderful group of players welcomes all levels and abilities.*Note this class is not held May 27, July 8, and July15.
