The Capital Area Agency on Aging will provide short nutrition and wellness class on protein sources, offering practical tips on healthy eating and physical activity.Virginia's Farm Market Fresh for Older Adults program helps eligible seniors get free, fresh, and nutritious locally grown fruit, vegetables, and cut herbs. The program also supports local farmers and farmers' markets in Virginia. Instructed by Kathy Brown.
