This class teaches Taekwondo Changmookwan, which is one of the original schools of Taekwondo. Participants will learn the basics of Taekwondo through advanced techniques, with an emphasis on self-defense and traditional values. Taekwondo is suitable for all ages and skill levels. Classes are taught by Master Frank Clay, 8th degree black belt.
