Description
Carrie Neveldine is a certified Health Coach specializing in helping women over 50 navigate this often confusing and overwhelming time in their lives. In this class you will learn what intermittent fasting is, its health benefits, the different fasting methods, and how they fit into any lifestyle, and why it is a beneficial practice for women over 50. All materials included.
