Description
Carrie Neveldine is a certified Health Coach specializing in helping women over 50 navigate this often confusing and overwhelming time in their lives. In this workshop we will touch upon understanding what stress really is and how it affects your health, how you can shift your mindset about stress, stress reduction and management techniques, and how to learn from your stress and strengthen your resilience.
