Description
Ageless Grace® Brain Health Fitness is a brain-body program designed to support cognitive health and help seniors to be more alert, active and responsive through activation of all five primary functions of the brain. The program uses physical “games” called “tools” that also work the core and activate the organs and systems of the body. The exercises are designed to be practiced in a chair which allows anyone of any age or ability to participate and benefit from these exercises. Instructed by Missy Harden a Certified Ageless Grace® Educator.
