Description
Carrie Neveldine, certified Health Coach, will take participants through informative, interactive, motivational, and transformative experiences that touch upon these subjects:
- Shifting your mindset about being a woman over 50
- Essential foods peri- and post-menopausal women should include in their diet
- Stress reduction and management techniques
- Four types of movement/exercise we need to be doing as we age
Participants will gain an understanding of how their overall health is dependent on a holistic view of caring for the body, mind, and spirit. I will introduce foundational ways women over 50 can balance their hormones as well as share the keys to unlocking longevity.
