About this event
Racing at the U19 level requires a significant commitment to training as well as travel. Athletes will join into a rigorous schedule that includes balancing time on snow, off-snow conditioning, travel to races and preparation projects. The U19 travel schedule will vary by individual; the annual race plan is built around the athlete's ability, rank and stated goals and are designed in collaboration with the family and the coaching staff. Most schedules will center around the Western Region FIS schedule with divisional starts mixed in as needed. Higher level athletes may travel out of region, nationally and internationally for experience and advancement. Sugar Bowl season pass is included in the cost of the program.
