Looking for ways to relax the body and focus your mind on a specific target or goal, reduce stress and tension, and bring mental calmness and physical relaxation into your life? Meditation & Aromatherapy just might be what you need. This workshop meets once-a-month for one hour to provide basic guidelines on what meditation is, and how to do it. Participants will be coached through a simple meditation practice.
