Drop In Fitness Classes, Drop In Child Care, Drop In Swim, and Drop In Teen/Tweens activities are FREE with your YMCA Facility Membership. Registration is not required; capacity may be limited and is available first come, first served. For community events, membership and registration are not required.

BODYCOMBAT® is a high-energy martial-arts inspired workout that is totally non-contact. The instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You'll release stress, have a blast, and feel like a champ.
