Led by chess expert Matt Cooke, these dynamic Chess classes offer a balance between formal lessons and structured play time where students are paired with opponents of similar strength. Along with learning the rules and techniques of the ancient game, children will develop perspective, improve memory, deepen focus, elevate creativity, boost planning skills, and increase self-awareness. Students have fun while gaining new skills for the chess board and for life. Beginners welcome!
