About this event
This course introduces students to building and design principles in Minecraft Education Edition. Students will learn 3D design skills, sequential logic, and more while engaging in socioemotional learning. Students will work on collaboration and planning skills for projects where they plan a town and a theme park together as a group. As they progress through the course, students will learn about redstone, Minecraft’s circuitry, and will build their own powered machines. Older students will also learn how to use Minecraft Education Edition’s block-based coding language to grow their coding skills. Students will embark on missions and will practice coding skills such as conditionals, loops, variables, and more!
