The planning and production of this event incurs costs for rent, storage, utilities, insurance, staff, marketing, medals, t-shirts, bibs, etc. months in advance of the event. We can guarantee refunds if the event is cancelled by government agencies in advance due to COVID-19 or other similar public health concerns on the following schedule:
-3 Months out from race date: 30 percent refund
-2 Months out from race date: 20 percent refund
-1 Month of from race date: 10 percent refund.
We hope we can give a larger refund but the above is the minimun.

THE COURSE WILL INCLUDE THE SWIM IN FALSE RIVER, BIKE AROUND THE BEAUTIFUL LAKE AND RUN THRU DOWNTOWN NEW ROADS.
**course is subject to change pending City of New Roads final decsion.
