This is not yoga. This is body awareness; witness to personal evolution and healing. The focus of my practice for the last decade has been to attend to, support, and nurture the somatic exploration of the body. Through this practice, Reese Johanson honed her range of movement, balance, and strength, with the least possible impact on her body. The Sweet Spot practice suggests a gentle intention towards your personal healing and release of the emotional and physical impact of daily life. You will explore and develop, with Reese as a guide, a practice that is personal to you. Wear comfortable clothing that you would wear at the gym or in a dance class. Yoga or gym pants, lightweight long sleeve shirt and socks are suggested. All physical abilities are welcome. Zero prior experience required. Before and aftercare are not provided for this class.
