About this event
Chef Adrienne’s culinary atelier will introduce your child(ren) to the wonderful and artistic world of cooking and baking. Starting on the first day, students will immediately begin working with ingredients, using math to measure and scale recipes, and produce delicious treats they can eat or take home. Chef’s gourmet menu includes a variety of items, some sweet and some savory. Prepared items will include fresh pasta, quiche, homemade crackers, breads, biscuits, jam (from our own campus Kumquat tree!) and more. Under supervision, students will practice proper peeler and knife use and safety. Students will be provided with all the necessary ingredients and equipment, including an apron. students in cooking atelier will be in contact with dairy, wheat, and sugar
