Body Toning is an overall workout designed to target major and minor muscle groups. This workout is a creative and fun way to work on muscular endurance and strength training. Class will consist of a quick warm up followed by concentration on arms, legs, and abs. Please bring a towel, mat, water and hand held weights.
Make sure you have your own personal mat for floor work, hand weights and bring a towel & water.
