Are you afraid of storms or getting shots? Do you avoid trying new things? Would you like to feel more confident doing hard things? Join Mrs. Wilkinson to focus on your emotional wellness while having fun with your friends. Identify your feelings and learn how to express them in a healthy way. Learn and practice coping skills, calming skills, communication skills, and more to develop confidence, resilience, and self-leadership as we engage in fun activities (arts, games, crafts, cooking, and exercise).
