Come join me in this mid to high intensity interval training Boot camp. With bursts of intense activities, combined with interval and strength training. It's a total body high calorie burn, designed to push you to your max!
Resistance bands are welcome but can be provided.Tuesday's and Thursday's at 6pmNo discount or refund for any missed classes.
