The Dragons 70.3 practice Race is to be held at Disney Peir on April 6th with a 6:45 briefing and a swim start at 7 am. Many will be doing the full 70.3 distance of 1.9km swim, 90km bike and 21km run but you can choose to modify this to suit your own level of fitness and preparedness.
Registering for the taster is a great way to "dip your toe" into the great Multi-sport offerings of the Dragons Tri Club and get to meet some fellow athletes and "athlete wannabes" in a very social setting.
Event details and schedule
You should aim to be there at 6:45 for the briefing. The offical start time will be 7:00 sharp.
Naturally, we follow all of the rules in terms of ensuring that you run and ride safe so make sure you have your helmet and shoes for a fast change.
