This course is designed to re-certify lifeguards for another two years. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive the following certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid training and Lifeguard Training certification. Participants must be able to swim 300 yards continuously, tread water for two minutes, retrieve a 10-pound brick from the bottom of the pool, all in and out of water lifesaving skills, and written test. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY AT ALL CLASSES as well as completion of all assignments. This course has an ON-LINE portion, which needs to be completed before the start of the course. Please bring a swimsuit and a towel to every class.
