Description
Experience this universally appealing Bollywood-inspired fitness class and burn hundreds of calories in just one hour! Dance to totally addictive music mixes that are a blend of Bollywood and Western music. Cardio and muscle-sculpting toning routines are packed into one total body workout, incorporating fun, easy to follow dance moves. Class is open to all levels and no prior experience is needed. Participants should wear athletic shoes and bring an exercise mat and water bottle. No class 4/20
