Aging is a universal experience that results in significant changes impacting all aspects of a person's life. Healthy and successful aging can be characterized by adapting to the changes that come with age. Unfortunately, there is no known fountain of youth; however, it is possible to age gracefully and successfully. Led by Deirdre Ramirez, RN, MSN, Nurse Administrator at Chesterfield CSB.
