Melissa Ackley, Services Manager-Prevention for Chesterfield County Mental Health, will discuss why mental health is an essential part of overall health and well-being. Learn why this is especially important as we age and how to promote positive mental health while recognizing and responding to signs of mental health concerns in ourselves and others.
