Description
My Lan Tran, Executive Director & Administrator of the Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce, presents the demographics of Asian Americans in the US. Topics include Asian Non-Profit Organizations, life in the US as seen by older Americans, and challenges in cultural transition experienced by older Asian Americans and their families. My Lan will also discuss the dreams that older Americans have for the younger generation and their hopes for the future. This presentation is given in recognition of Asian American Heritage month.
