Have a BALL strengthening your core and improving your balance and posture in this class using stability balls, Pilates balls and rings, foam rollers, and more! Modifications given as needed, class is appropriate for all levels. Please bring a mat to class. (KD)
No class 03/28/22. In accordance with CDC Guidelines and Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order, face masks are required indoors for all individuals age 2 & up, regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings must be worn at all times while inside a Park District facility.
