Description
SOULStrength is a creative blend of rhythmic resistance, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility and core strength all set to music! Join us in this fun, total body workout where you will sweat while you have a good time! Class is appropriate for all levels, modifications will be given. Please bring a mat to class. (SM)
